Amuro Namie’s “Checkmate” to be released on the 27th!

 

The new release date for Amuro Namie’s collaboration album, “Checkmate” has been revealed to be April 27th!

The J-pop star’s album, which features collaboration with big names such as Yamashita Tomohisa, Kaname (CHEMISTRY), AI, and Tsuchiya Anna, was originally planned to be released on March 23rd, but was delayed by AVEX after the tragic March 11th earthquake.

A special website has also been set up for “Checkmate”, with the track list, a review by writer Hayakawa Kanako, various links, and short previews of four of the tracks on the album.
