BEAST’s Dongwoon to star in their music video for “I Knew It”!!!

As BEAST prepares for their “BEAUTIFUL SHOW” World Tour that will begin on February 4th and 5th in Seoul, Korea, they are also gearing up to release a new single. The single will be released on January 26th at midnight. BEAST is planning to release a single every month until their tour is over. BEAST will also be releasing their second full length album later this year after their tour is over.

On January 25th, Cube Entertainment revealed that BEAST member Dongwoon would be staring in the group’s music video for “I Knew It” Cube Entertainment revealed teaser photos from the music video showing Dongwoon with a different image than usual.

In the music video for “I Knew It,” Dongwoon can be seen with a dark concept. His deep stare and freshly dyed hair caught the attention of netizens. Dongwoon is seen sitting in a sports car with a sad expression. The lyrics of “I Knew It” tell about a guy’s feelings after he is abandoned by the woman he loves.

While shooting for the music video, Dongwoon shot a scene in which he had to cry. After filming the scene, the director commented that Dongwoon would make a good actor if he were to choose to go into acting.

“I Knew It” will be performed for the first time at the “BEAUTIFUL SHOW” concerts in Seoul on February 4th and 5th. This is the first track that BEAST has released as a group in over eight months.
