On July 2nd at COEX Megabox Theatres, “The Raven” had its premiere day. Lee Joon was present to support Director James McTeague, who had given him his first acting opportunity through the movie “Ninja Assassin.”
When asked which character from “The Raven” Lee Joon would want to be, he replied, “The novelist is cool and charismatic, but, I would what to be the murderer.” He continued, “Not just to act superficially, but, to be able to interpret the character in a unique way and be my own psychopath seems like a strong role I’d want to try.”
In response to McTeague’s video message, Lee Joon commented, “Director McTeague has become even cuter than before,” and “While working with him I felt he was a very pure man, so, it stumps me how he can come up with such a scary movie like ‘The Raven.’”
Lee Joon made an effort to visit the premiere event all the way from Indonesia despite MBLAQ’s busy Asia tour schedule.
